S7 Order Manager is a locally running desktop application used to help users automatically process order Excel files and upload them to the user's Google Drive account. We strictly comply with data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Important Note: This application runs completely on the user's local device, we do not collect or store any user data on servers.

What Data We Collect

Personal identity information (name, address, phone number, etc.)

Google account passwords or other authentication credentials

Any form of user behavior tracking data

2. OAuth Authorization Information

The application only obtains Google OAuth 2.0 authorization tokens, which:

Stored in encrypted files on the user's local device
Used only to access specific permissions of the user's Google Drive
Users can revoke authorization at any time in Google account settings
Authorization scope is strictly limited to Google Drive file upload permissions

3. Temporarily Processed Files

The application may temporarily access during processing:

User-specified order Excel files (only for uploading to user's Google Drive)
Generated HTML report files (stored on user's local device)
All file processing is performed locally on user device

How We Use Data

1. Google Drive Permission Usage

The application uses Google Drive API permissions only for:

Upload files: Upload user's order Excel files to user's Google Drive
Set permissions: Set uploaded files as publicly readable for user sharing convenience
Get links: Generate Google Drive file sharing links to return to user

2. Local Processing

All data processing activities are performed on the user's local device:

Excel file parsing and processing completed on user device
HTML report generation completed on user device
No file content sent to any third-party servers

We do not share your data with any third parties
